The Path to Choice for TCK’s

The Path to Choice for TCK’s has a similar format to our regular Path to Choice teleclass with an added focus on the specific issues that affect Third Culture Kids (TCK/ATCK/CCKs). This class looks through the lens of the Voice Dialogue process at the life experience of TCK's growing up outside of home country and the subsequent disruption when returning "home".

It helps TCK’s uncover the specific parts of them that developed as a result of their unique childhoods and supports the discovery of parts that are needed now to cope with the aftermath of such an experience. Such issues as fitting in, grief and loss, restlessness and relationship are supported through the learning about Selves and awareness of their influence in life.

This class adds two more weeks to the 10 week curriculum of the regular Path to Choice so that participants can spend additional time in deeper discovery of the Voice Dialogue process.

Here are the details of our course:

"The Path To Choice"

Week 1 - We provide a course overview, discuss our psycho-spiritual philosophy, and begin the process of individual participant goal selection.

Week 2 - The topic of Listening is discussed – what listening is and is not, the skills of listening, and the blocks to clear communication. Participants’ goals are clarified through the lens of listening and hearing.

Week 3 - We introduce the concept of the Emergent Third Space, demonstrate how to create it and work within it. Participants' goals are revisited with the perspective of this sacred space.

Week 4 - We introduce Voice Dialogue process and discover the internal dynamics and concepts of Selves as dynamic, sub-personalities within us.

Week 5 - We introduce the concept of Primary and Disowned Selves and discover their influence in our own lives, our relationship with others and our goals.

Week 6 - This week introduces us to the Aware Ego process which allows us to stand between the Primary and Disowned Selves and make conscious, balanced choice in our life.

Week 7 - We learn about our vulnerability and our inner child Selves and their influence on our behaviors, choices and goals.

Week 8 - This week looks at the dynamics of our relationships and the development of Selves through that experience.

Week 9 - This class further engages the fascinating world of our relationshiops and goals and demonstrates Voice Dialogue in action in our lives.

Week 10 - The final class views the evolution of our goal setting process and looks at the role of intention and focused action as part of that process. We discuss the significance of this work as it provides a platform for successful partnerships, businesses and conscious living.

Included in the price for this course you will receive a course handbook and one individual session with either Terry or Kellie to provide focus and persective on your particular goal.
